how i edit bbcodes

 

so i want that in my input types there was only smiles and how i do it?   this smiles and etc

One of the points of my board is to be as newbie-friendly as possible, including clear and helpful BBCode explanations on mouseover.
However, when I mouse over the [*] button, I get this:

[The mouse-over help message for the [*] tag is { BBCODE_E_HELP }]
Naturally, that's not helpful to my users at all. However, the ACP only lets me edit my cutom BBCodes, not the standard ones, and I cannot for the life of me find the file that contains the default BBCode descriptions.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
