Why my Q&A page load time has gone up?

I have recently recieved reports from users that my site page load time has gone up! I have not installed any plugin in the past month but the loading time has increased recently.

I checked with my Web provider and they refered me into this report:

The only problem is that I am not very computer literate ! 

So can anyone help me please?

as a novice, I managed to make my Q&A faster by optimizing its images, its css and adding some code into .htaccess as per the the guidances of gtmetrix. So the new performance is this:

I still look for any idea to make the loading time of my Q&A well faster than the current situation.

Any comments?
