We have another system which is similar to the question and answer site where people can open cases. We'd like to have the case page look do a search to make sure that this hasn't been asked as a questions before it gets submited. Its exactly like the "Before proceeding, please check your question was not asked already:" except on a different site using the Q&A questions.
