Problem getting my q&a indexed by Google

Hello. I have some issues getting my q&a URL's indexed by Google. I created sitemap, submited to Google, i fetched as Google my URL.

The problem is that i got indexed a few times (i saw my url's on google) but the next day it just dissapear.

So why is google de-index my pages?

How do you verify that google has de-indexed you ?

Well on google i type site:mywebsiteurl Today found my url in search results but tomorow says "no results for your page". And this process repeats. Now i see my url in search results an tomorrow it dissapears.
