Custom User field that is only editable by Administrator

Question

In 1.3 beta i can create custom user fields but i want to:

• add a field that can be editable by administrators only.
• visible to everyone.
• html enabled (in case i want to add an image)
• show this field on every meta data near username and title, also on profile page

The reason why i want this is to give titles to some users what will differ them from other users without giving them any permissions on site.

I would really appreciate it if anyone can give me an idea :)

Definitely a job for custom PHP programming, I'm afraid!

:( Thank you, In future versions it would be a good idea to add a custom field from admin panel with permission settings would be a nice feature i guess :)
