Floating Menu Script problem

Question

I'm trying to use this http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/staticmenu.htm in my site and my html content stays in that place where i putted it.

I'm also tried ti include php file inside site, same problem.

Thanks but it would better to make up from dynamicdrive becouse it looks more attractive

Maybe javascript code should be outside code, in another file ?
