The sitemap is built on the fly at every request you make at <your-q2a-site-url>/sitemap.xml and is not saved on your server's file system.
Its generation follows the settings you've chosen (options enabled) in the plugin admin panel.
So when you disable an option, that section is not included (and vice versa)
