redirection error

hello,

I have changed my q2a site's domain today. everything looks okay except redirection.

I have enabled wild card redirection.

 

The problem i'm facing is

it shows extra "index.php?qa-rewrite=" these lines in url. and the page shows 'Page not found" error.

 

What's the problem? How can I solve it?
