If You have questions in a csv source, You can use an firefox addon, called "imacro".
With this macro i have populated my site
http://www.yourquestionplease.com (still in work)
To do so before I used an autotagging function from drupal, which added tags to each question.
It as well should work to add answers as long as You have them in the same csv file.
imacro is very interesting and can be used for many automatted processes on ones websites.
