How to optimal for Q2A

I am going to develop a site from Q2A that is http://thuvienhoidap.com/.

But It load very slowly and I want to optimal for it.

I looked at your site and each page "responds" quite quickly, implying that there is no problem with Q2A. However the downlod times seem to be quite high. Your ckeditor.js file took 12 seconds to download for me! I think the problem is your server is slow.
