Few questions & concerns. Urgent

Question

Hello Guys, i have few questions, please help me out.

1. When a user asks a question, it immediately appears. Is there any way so that the admin moderates the question and then it is published?  

2. How to assign serial numbers or question numbers to the questions as it appears on the board and also in the emails.

3. How to make the tab Unanswered only available to admin

1. (Admin > Spam > Use moderation for users with few points:) set this to something like 1000000.

2. Not sure what you mean.

3. (Admin >  Pages) untick unanswered, create new link for the unanswered page and 'set visible for:' to admin.

I believe s/he is asking "How can I make questionID visible as part of the url in the addressbar? (as is the case with question2answer.org pages)

Exactly, that is what i want to display, so that my users will know the serialization.
