Be careful with Spam , adsense not longer working !

Question

On one of my pages I had a spammer asking like: ....where can I download movies for free...

And an answer which pointed through a link to an illegal video download site.

This kind of links is not allowed by adsense TOS  (copyright), so I lost all my income from this website,

as google stopped showing ads. I could change the one question and see if I can get back the

ads, but it is allways possible, that a spammer does the same thing again.

 

Question here is: What would be the best way to avoid this risk?

The plugin has a link moderation feature; but I think that there is an issue actually (that requires a fix)
