Bug in Polls?

Question 1

I have noticied that if you check the "Hide poll votes from users who haven't voted yet" it does indeed hide it for logged in users but, if your logged out you can still see it.

Is this a bug or something wrong with my set-up?

I can confirm this behavior in my installation too.

I think it should not happen. An anonymous user should not be able to see the votes (as a logged in user).
