I'm working on a q2a installation on my pc.

I have this error when I try to login :

Given URL is not permitted by the application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

(it looks like I can login successfully, but the oauth redirect is failing)

The url that I've configured on the Facebook app is the url that I use locally (remapped in the HOST file to a local IP).

Has anyone already been able to successfully authenticate on Facebook locally ?

Q2A version: 1.6.2

Ok, now it works, thanks.
My "Preferred site URL" was not aligned with the url on the facebook app.

cool.... so you have set your prefer site url in API settings to the localhost?

Yes, the q2a field contained an URL different from the URL that I had inserted on the facebook app. About the URL that I use to navigate on the q2a installation on my pc,  I''m using a "virtual" URL (www.question2answer.com) that , in the Windows HOST file (Windows/system32/etc/drivers) , i've remapped to a local IP that I have on my pc. I've inserted this URL in the facebook app and in the q2a "preferred site Url" field, and now I can authenticate with any facebook account on the q2a installation that I have on my pc and I''m using for testing.
