New german translation for the latest (1.6.2) release

Hi,

I have translated all the missing parts for the latest release (1.6.2) into german (informal). I hope the updated language files will be released here soon. (I have e-mailed the site owner)

There was one part I could not translate. On this page http://www.question2answer.org/feedback.php the text "Privacy: Your email address will not be shared or sold to third parties." has not been shown up for translation. Maybe this text is hard-coded in q2a?

It's in qa-lang-options.php, key is 'default_privacy' - it's only a default value because the user can change it in the admin panel.
