Error Message: "You do not have permission to perform this operation".

Question

Just recently I have getting the follow error messaage:   "You do not have permission to perform this operation".       It happens about once every 3 o 4 times I click to see the details of a question.  If I try again to access the question I am allow in after perhaps 2 or 3 atempts.

Any solution to this?

May be you have blocked your own ip,You can use VPN to login and after that remove the blocked ip
