How can I track user/post activities and points from a Specific date?

I want to start a Contest on my site. The contest will be like this- Users ll add a Questions on the site on a Specific date. There will be limited time given to the users/ participents. After a cetain time, the total number of Answers in each question, Most voted question, most voted answer users will be awarded.. How can I track the activities for specific time.

I don't believe this functionality exists at the moment without writing a custom plugin. There are a number of developers (some really amazing people) that appear to be working hard on plugins. I would create a Plugin request question. Something like a competition plugin may be very valuable to a lot of people. You could also perform a database export before hand and then another when you want to see the difference and compare the 2 database results - but this would be too much work to perform on a regular basis.
