How to get full question url including slug ?

Question

When linking to another question from inside the script, how to get the full question url including the slug and not only the id when having the postid or questionid ?

I am able to link to mysite.com/123/

but I want

link to mysite.com/123/this-is-the-question

use qa_q_path() and qa_q_path_html() need to pass id and title check more details here... http://www.question2answer.org/functions.php
