How can we display users (under the users tab) sorted by the titles they earn ( that we define in the admin pannel )

Something like :

Experts

User1 2000 rep
User2 1800 rep
User3 1600 rep
User4 1500 rep

Beginners
User1 600 rep
User2 400 rep
User3 300 rep
User4 200 rep
......

Note please that i am newbie to php programming, looking for free/paid help,
