Admin->Preferred site URL has no effect

Hello,

I have integrated my Q2A with an IFrame in a TWiki.

So there exists a Q2A installation URL and a TWiki URL...

Then I filled in the TWiki URL into the "Preferred site URL" field in Admin panel.

I thought that's it and all displayed URL's are now the TWiki's...

What's the easiest way to "replace" the Q2A URL and pass all page and parameter infos automatically to it?
