Problem "option" plugin facebook for wordpress

Hello, I installed wordpress Question2Answer for however'm with problems concerning facebook.
 
As I understand it, one must enter the page https://developers.facebook.com/apps and create an app and then go on Admistração - plugin - facebook and put the ids.
 
However in my plugin - facebook does not appear the "option" as it appears in other plugins (exemple: mouseover Layer, reCAPTCHA ...)
 
Does anyone know what could be the problem? note: use latest version
