Prevent authors to hide their own questions

Hello,

In the admin area I set the permission for the line "Hiding or showing any post:" to Admins & Moderators, but authors can still hide their own questions.

Someone posted a code here but i can't figure out where exactly put this code in qa-page-question-view.php, and if this is replacing something or not.

$level=qa_get_logged_in_level(); 

if ($level>=QA_USER_LEVEL_ADMIN) { 
  $rules['hideable']=(!$post['hidden']) && ($rules['isbyuser'] || !$rules['queued']) &&
            (!$permiterror_hide_show) && ($notclosedbyother || !qa_user_permit_error('permit_hide_show'));
}

Does someone has a solution so only admin can hide questions ?
