1. Go to history page
http://www.question2answer.org/versions.php and click on download (for the latest version).
or
2. Go to download and install page
http://www.question2answer.org/install.php, scroll down to section "Installing Question2Answer for the first time (without single sign-on)", see the very first point under this section "Download the latest version of Question2Answer to your computer or web server". Just click on the link there.
or
3. In the page
http://www.question2answer.org/, scroll down to section "Install Question2Answer", right click on "downloading" and save as.
