Any way, to send automatic Mailings about new Questions to the users?

Hello, i have installed question2answer on Genial gefragt, i´m happy with the most functions, but i´m missing a function, to make mass mailing daily or weekly, with new questions.

Is there any function or plugin available?

I use NoahY's Newsletter pluggin to do this. The only downside is that you have to specify the notification frequency--so users can't do this by themselves.
