How to enable users voting for their own questions?

I'm trying to use Q&A as a generic voting system, and a requirement is to enable the user to vote for their own questions (not necessarily answers), as that is a legitimate scenario.

Easy :) You can make it by log in to admin, go admin page, click viewing tab and set it up.

Allow voting on questions:		--> check it if you want users voting any question
Allow voting on question page only:		--> check it if you want users voting any question only on question page of the question
Allow voting on answers:		--> check it if you want users voting any answer

 

and more, if  you want setting points per vote, go admin page and click Points tab.

I don't think that would do what I asked - my scenario is that I want to allow the user who asked the question to vote on his own QUESTION. Currently, Q&A says I can't vote for my own question.
