Looking for a custom theme developer

We are in the need of a custom Q2A template for our website (You may check our website at: https://siliconhosting.com )

 

Our designer made some layouts and we need somebody who would take this plain JPEG files and slice them in valid HTML + CSS code Q2A theme.
