the .htaccess file DOES exist in the Q2A folder (note : Q2A is installed in a sub-directory)
I tried things given on this forum like uncommenting the RewriteBase
#RewriteBase /sub-directory
But it did not help
IS THERE A DEFAULT FALLBACK OPTION, which does not use any
"htaccess-like" techinques ?
Is there a way to CONFIRM that it is a problem from the hosting side ?
like a small test or something ?
Is there a way to configure that WITHOUT GOING TO ADMIN PANEL, like updating the values in the database directly ?
Its very annoying that I get banned by the server every time I access the admin panel :(
But for this the site in general is working though and q2a is a nice piece of s/w!
