Is the user history plugin from NoahY stable?

I am thinking to use the history plug form NoahY (https://github.com/NoahY/q2a-history)in to inform users what they recently earned ( like the notification widgit in stackoverflow0

I was wondering if anybody observed any wiered issue with it yet? Error messages, kicking out logged in users etc?
