Change language of sub-URL?

I followed the instructions from this topic: http://www.question2answer.org/qa/19896/translate-in-my-language-a-few-urls-menu?show=19896#q19896

It works for me but how can i change the language of the sub-url?

For example: mysite.com/index.php/questions?sort=votes   < how to change 'votes' to my language?

Hope someone can help me, thanks a lot :)
