Facebook connection problem button

Hello,

I installed the Facebook button on my site, after of course codes indicated APP ID and APP secret.

When a user has a question by logging on via Facebook, the connection is made but when he wants to ask a question, the message "Please log in (or Register) to be able to ask" appears nevertheless .

How to solve the problem?
