How To Add Floating Share Widget?

Question

I want to add floating share widget to the left side of the question page. I can get a code for the widget from add this website and the instruction says to copy and past the code into your page which is not really helpful. Can someone tell me in what file and what line I need to copy the code so the share buttons would appear on the left side of the each question page.

You can either create a plugin or using advance theme.

create a layer to add html element of the sharing items and link the jquery file.
