User A puts a question 2 times. User B answers question n°1, user C answers question n°2.

As I dislike duplicate content (I know I could close as duplicate question), I always delete duplicate questions → which would delete the answer there as well.

This is why I would like to see the option to move an existing answer to another question!

Is there a plugin that can do this?

As far as I can see it takes all answers/comments from one question (you specific the ID in admin) and moves it to the other target question, then deletes the old question, and sets a note "moved to question xyz" (this is why there is a new database table qa_postmeta).

This plugin v0.1a is not changing entries in qa_eventlog.
