Spam mails: How to delete the mailing queue

I received a warning by the hoster, that I did send out thousands of mails. I resolved that spammer problem but how do i turn of the queue.

I am using the inbuilt phpmailer by default.

The mail queue will be something at the server level, not at the level of PHP or Question2Answer. You should ask your web hosting company.
