Advanced theme-How can i create a new user profile theme?

hi, i want to change or create new page theme user profile page. how can i achieve that. Which file can i edit to change the html or php codes to rearrange the profile picture,user information blok,activity block etc to show them in a full page without the sidebars. I want the user informations to appear to the right side of the user profile photo. how to do this.

Any help will be appreacited.
