Previous And Next questions navigation

Is it possible to add "Previous And Next questions navigation" in question page?

If user cliks on a category, all questions under that categories are displayed in liat. User cliks on firest queston. He may want to move to next question under the same category without moving to list again.

Is it possible to add Previous & Next Questions link in "question answer" page?

Or is possible to replace couple of previous and next questions in related questions section instead of related questions. Please let me know, is it possible?

It's a good idea, but not possible in the current release I'm afraid, and not easy to add by changing a small amount of code.
