Order of "flag" and "answer"

Question

Is it possible to change the order of "flag" and "answer" so "answer" is first and "flag" is second? From a user interface design perspective, It seems more important that the word "answer" be more prominent (i.e., first) since it should be (hopefully!) the more frequently used of the two.

You can reorder any of these buttons in function qa_page_q_question_view(...) in qa-page-question-view.php.
