Migrating to new server and css is not being read. I don't know what is wrong

Question

I am moving to a new server and the skins are simply not being read along with the rest of the css. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I got these errors on your site, no problem with css:
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - https://216.70.110.23/logo.jpg"

Mediatemple.net uses parallels plesk for their front end. There is some kind of odd bug with plesk 11 where the IP will have an additional four numbers and when you don't add those numbers there has been some "weirdness" even if you designate a subdomain as the primary domain. So the solution is to add the additional numbers when developing. Supposedly once you assign a real domain name to the IP these issues are irrelevant.

that is not a bug, that's how the server works. and that 4 digit number is not weird, it's port number. if you hadn't paid for a domain or static IP that will be how your host serves you.
