Best answer and favourite image repositioning

Question

Two questions in one please as they are related

1) I would like to incorporate the Favorite button into the H1 right after the question title or user profile name. How can I achieve this?

 

2) How would I move the select as best answer function to its own "answer title" with text saying "If you like this answer please select it as the {BEST ANSWER}"

Can you explain #1 a little more? The favorite button is already in the H1.

Hi Scott.. thanks for your reply.. Ive added a picture to the origianl question now. I really need the FAVORITE STAR right after the question text and then a line above the answer text saying...

"If you like this answer please select it as the {BEST ANSWER}"
