Error on Privileges and History.

Question

I am getting a same error on Privilleges and History as

Notice: Undefined index: raw in /home/indeduin/public_html/question/qa-include/qa-app-format.php(1456) : eval()'d code on line 170
 

But below this error message all the history of that user are showing.

I am very confuse why this error comes out.

This is a plug-in error and I have recategorized it.

Error is also showing on expert question also. This error shows only on the User Tab. When we click on the user tab and select the username and chose
1 - History it show the error as

2 - Privileges - it show the error as

3 - Expert Question - it show the error as
Notice: Undefined variable: idx in /home/indeduin/public_html/question/qa-include/qa-app-format.php(1456) : eval()'d code on line 284

I think this is the badges plugin, that's the only place I can find reference to this index.  I can't find the one for line 284.  Try updating your plugins.

Thanks for the reply. Now the problem solve for the Privileges and History.
but the error is showing still in the Expert Question page as follows

Notice: Undefined variable: idx in /home/indeduin/public_html/question/qa-include/qa-app-format.php(1456) : eval()'d code on line 286

Its working fine now. I delete all my old expert question, and ask again the expert question, now the error doesn't comes
