How Do I put a logo in my theme?

I just want to put a logo instead of the Title of the Q&A. How would I accomplish that? Thanks

Log in as the admin account then click "Admin"
Click "Layout"
Check the "Show a logo image in the page header" Button
Put in the URL of the logo (absolute or relative to QA root)
Save Options

Please could you let me what should the dimensions of the logo be? I've been trying so many dimensions nothing seems to work. Please advice.

@tekas Did you figure out the dimensions yet? I'm in the same boat. Nothing seems to work for the logo.
