It is the new fb loader image which is loaded during the login button loading process. It is an fb element style with 200px width and 94 px height.
I did not figure out how to change the elemt style but You can add in Your css file to the style:
.qa-nav-user {............height:30px;overflow:hidden;}
That worked for me, play around, may be You need other dimensions.
