Anyone tried converting Question2Answers from MySQL to Oracle or SQL Server?

I'd like to use something other than MySQL to store my Question2Answer content and was thinking of using Oracle or SQL Server. Has anyone tried doing this before and if so, can you provide any tips?

Crickets? Lol, I guess I should expect that. Most of the database related methods are contained within the _DB_ scripts but the thing that will make this more difficult to manage is all of the DDL/DML scripting that's done outside of those scripts (plug-ins for one).
