Plugin suggestion: A vote ranking system base on user rank.

Question

I have an idea:

If a question is voted by many user, why each user create the same point for the question? A vote from admin, mod, expert or high-point-user should make more point than one from a new registered user.

I call the plugin do that idea is vote-rank plugin because Google has a Page Rank system with the same idea.

Do you think my idea is useful or interesting?

An interesting extension of this idea could be that the number of points generated by a vote depend on the number of points of the voter. This could make sense if users with many points are considered to "know better".

Hi, it's what i mean :D, so each user has his user-rank combined by 'title-badges-point-role' and the admin has the option to change user-rank.
