The easiest way is to:

1. Upgrade your Q2A to latest version
2. Install AntiBot Captcha ;)

But seriously, you can't use this plugin before v.1.5, because there are no captcha event hooks in the core. You might have to edit the core and partly integrate it with new version. Which is not so elegent and reasonable for a long term, I think.
