user name doesn't come up, all post say 'anon'

Question

I am intergrating q2A with a wiki site and have edited qa-external-users.php. I have got it working so I can login on my wiki site as eg Simon and it says 'hello Simon' on the q2A site. But then when I post a question it will show the name as 'me' but if I log out it will only show as 'anonymous'.

How do I get the names of the users to show by the question they have posted?

Also when I click the 'user' tab no name show.

Why is this?

Have you implemented all the functions in qa-external/qa-external-users.php to map between user IDs and public usernames? The file contains full documentation on all the steps you need to do.
