How do I modify Q2A Question Display?

I want to use Q2A 1.5 to display news articles, instead of saying "Asked By" I want to say "Posted By", and I want the link to go directly to my news article, not to a page that shows the article.

Should I be using a plugin, a module, or function overrides to do this?  Can someone point me to where to begin?

If you just need to change some text, you can use the language files.
