Another notice...

Question

I know that notices are harmless but still... Actually i don't know where they came from, i use alot of NoahY plugins.

Here is 4 rows notice that appears in every question and answer:

Strangely after update some margins (or paddings) in my theme are gone...  Renaming thickbox.css solves problem so problem is in thickbox.css file.
