Poll Plugin Error Message in newly installed Q2A version 1.5

Today I have update to new version of Q2A 1.5. Every thing is alright except  am getting this error message that pages have poll ...

Notice: Undefined index: main_form_tags in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxxx/qa-include/qa-app-format.php(1452) : eval()'d code on line 93

 

Any Solution?

The solution is to turn of error display in php.  This isn't an error, it's a notice for debugging purposes.  It is harmless, but having error display on is a security risk.

You could just update to the latest polls plugin code, but that won't turn off error display.  You need to edit your php.ini file for that.
