I am looking for a nice trouble ticketing system (help desk, support system, request ticket, etc), and i think the combination of a Q2A like interface and ticketing handling would be the best mix.
I have tried NoahY's Expert Questions (https://github.com/NoahY/q2a-expert-questions) and it is really a great step on the way. What is missing, imho, is the ability to email a list of experts as soon as a new question is posted, and being able to assign a question to one specific expert. When the question is resolved, the responsible expert can close the question.
Is there anyone else who thinks this is a desireable feature?
