I am looking for a nice trouble ticketing system (help desk, support system, request ticket, etc), and i think the combination of a Q2A like interface and ticketing handling would be the best mix.

I have tried NoahY's Expert Questions (https://github.com/NoahY/q2a-expert-questions) and it is really a great step on the way. What is missing, imho, is the ability to email a list of experts as soon as a new question is posted, and being able to assign a question to one specific expert. When the question is resolved, the responsible expert can close the question.

Is there anyone else who thinks this is a desireable feature?

My suggestion is as follows:

When people choose to ask private questions he wil choose a category, after that 5 experts assigned to this category (top rated in this category) will be listed and he will be able to choose them to answer his question. As soon as he asked these experts will be notified about this private questions and invited to answer.
