How to change rel="nofollow" to rel="dofollow" for internal linking?

I want to change relationship attribute from "nofollow" to "dofollow" for my own site internal linking. can anyone guide me to how to do it?

Note : I have already tried "Q2A Ultimate SEO" plugin but it doesn't work?

I use the Q2A Ultimate SEO Plugin and for me it works with dofollow links. Try the latest version of the plugin. Try it with and without https:// and with and without www. for the entered links.
